KazaKit glossary

Clear definitions for the language used throughout the studio.

Glossary

Activity

A record of meaningful movement across projects.

Asset

A local project file such as an image, audio file, video, PDF, model, or other source material.

Chronicle

A project timeline combining events, deadlines, changelog entries, and output history.

Creator type / Project type

The discipline selected for a project. It changes terminology, starter content, progress phases, prompts, presets, and some output metrics.

Focus session

A timed block of work associated with General work, a project, or a specific work item.

Hyper Focus

A focus mode that reduces access to projects outside the currently selected project.

Library

The project knowledge hub containing Project Wiki, Writing Studio, and Quick Notes.

Moodboard

A freely arranged board of image, text, link, note, and concept cards used to shape creative direction.

Output

A measurable unit produced, such as words, pages, or minutes. Output is different from time spent.

Project

The top-level container for one creative effort.

Project Wiki

Durable documentation belonging to one project.

Promote

Turn a note or Moodboard card into a more structured task or document while preserving source context.

Quick Note

A lightweight project-specific capture for unfinished thoughts, fragments, references, and reminders.

Studio

The cross-project layer of KazaKit.

Studio Docs

Durable knowledge that belongs to the whole studio rather than one project.

Today

The studio-wide surface for overdue, due-today, in-progress, and upcoming work, plus output and goals.

Work item

A Workshop card representing a task, bug, feature, improvement, or note.

Workshop

The project execution space with Kanban and list views.
